Areas I Support

Common areas people come to me for support include:

  • Anxiety and stress

  • Grief and loss

  • Interpersonal and relationship difficulties

  • Life Transitions and change

  • Building self-understanding and personal growth

  • General mental health and wellbeing support

My Approach

I work from an integrative, person-centred foundation, meeting you where you are, at your own pace, drawing on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and attachment-informed approaches. Every session is shaped around you - we work together to find what feels right and what works best for you.

Alongside individual counselling, I am also involved in providing outdoor, farm-based, animal assisted activities and small group experiences in a country setting that bring people into connection with nature and animals as a complement to more traditional talk based work.

Offered as a separate program alongside my counselling practice, these are grounding, hands-on experiences for individuals and groups. Through physical connection in an outdoor country setting, they help build confidence, ease stress, overwhelm and anxiety, and support the nervous system to find calm, often opening up places that live beyond the reach of words.
